Therapy can always improve your quality of life by helping you be more present in your relationships, increase self compassion, understanding and manage stress. If you are suffering with constant worry or find yourself in an obsessive cycle, it is the right time to start therapy. Maybe you notice that you are continually seeking reassurance from family members and friends. Increased irritability, emotional overwhelm and physical anxiety symptoms are all signs that therapy would be helpful. Lilah offers a free 20 minute consultation to discuss whether therapy is right for you now and what therapy would be the best fit.
